Workshop on Sustainable and Energy Efficient Buildings and Cooling in Southeast Asia
The International Energy Agency (IEA) and the ASEAN Centre for Energy will hold the first workshop on Sustainable and Energy Efficient Buildings and Cooling in Southeast Asia on 6 April 2021. This virtual workshop will bring together expert policymakers, academics, architects and engineers, and industry representatives from across Southeast Asia to share knowledge and experience towards establishing a path towards a low-emission, efficient and resilient buildings, and construction sector.
The IEA, along with the ASEAN Centre for Energy, the ASEAN Secretariat, and ASEAN Member States are working towards developing a regional Roadmap for the Buildings and Construction Sector and a regional Roadmap on Space Cooling. The workshop will allow for regional stakeholders to learn about the roadmap process, feed into its design, and hear from leading experts. Please come prepared to share your knowledge and experience with the team.
This workshop and roadmap project is kindly supported by the ASEAN-Australian Development Cooperation Program Phase II (AADCP II).
