Over the past week, the Executive Board, advisors and secretariat of the Vietnam Sustainable Energy Alliance (VSEA) have worked very hard to make recommendations for the draft Power Plan VIII recently proposed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and consulted by stakeholders. The recommendations has been sent in time at the request of a number of agencies invited to comment.
