UNDP is pleased to invite you to the launch workshop on “Developing an Energy Social Accounting Matrix (ESAM) to support an equitable energy and green transition in Viet Nam“, co-organised by the Institute for Policy and Strategy Studies (IPSS) and UNDP Viet Nam. The research was jointly conducted by IPSS, the University of Copenhagen, the National Statistics Office of Vietnam, and UNDP.
