In celebration of Earth Hour 2023 (20:30 – 21:30, 26 March 2023), the “Clean, Affordable and Secure Energy for Southeast Asia” (CASE) project, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) will organize the event “Clean Energy – Green Earth” in the pedestrian zone around Hoan Kiem Lake, Hanoi.

The event includes several meaningful and interactive activities:

Exchanging knowledge with leading energy experts: What is Net-zero? How can each and every one contributes to Viet Nam’s carbon-neutral future? Saving energy and using energy in an efficient way…

Learning about renewable energy technologies through displayed models: offshore wind power, solar power, biomass power… Joining Q&A sessions and receiving pleasant gifts

Joining “raising awareness games”: molding Tò He, planting trees, assembling wooden models with solar panels …
“Clean Energy – Green Earth” is expected to create an open space for the community, especially youngsters, to exchange knowledge about energy. The CASE project helps to deepen and enhance people’s understanding about energy efficiency, shifting to clean and sustainable energy sources in Viet Nam, hence contributing to mitigate climate change.
