The first meeting in 2023 of the VEPG Technical Working Group5 on Energy Market co-chair by the Oil, Gas and Coal Department, MOIT, and Vietnam Low Emission Energy Program (V-LEEP II/USAID) will be organized to update the Government orientation for the energy market, as defined by the approved PDP-8 and discuss the support needed from MOIT on implementation of the PDP8 and clarification of MOIT-DPs cooperation to support the energy transition.
