The Format of the Meeting of Technical Working Group 2 (June 2020)
Dear members of the VEPG,
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and related restrictions for physical meetings and gatherings, the VEPG has adjusted its operation for the first half of 2020 and introduces a virtual meeting format for the upcoming 5th round of Technical Working Group meetings (on MS Teams platform). Very recently, the Government of Viet Nam started to loosen the social distancing restrictions. Therefore, the Secretariat of the VEPG in coordination with the respective TWG Chairs and Co-Chairs would like to offer mixed physical and virtual TWG meetings that would allow TWG members to either join physically or to join via online log-in.
To assess expected numbers of participants, we would like to get your feedback on the format options for the TWG meetings and your personal preference for joining physically or virtually.

NOTE: due to the limitation of the software, simultaneous translations in English and Vietnamese will only be provided for physical meeting. The virtual meeting will be conducted only in English.
