The Southeast Energy Transition Partnership (ETP) and the Commission for Standards, Metrology and Quality would like to invite you to the final workshop of the technical assistance “Development of National Standards for BESS in Vietnam” and the official publication of the 15 national standards (TCVN). The workshop is co-chaired by the Vietnam National Standards and Quality Institute (VSQI) of STAMEQ and the Southeast Asia Energy Transition Partnership (ETP).

The final workshop will mark the closing of the technical assistance and will officially introduce 15 BESS standards which have been developed, publicly consulted,  reviewed and approved in accordance with Vietnam’s Law on Standards and Technical Regulations and Circular No. 11/2021/TT-BKHCN issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

Details of the workshop are as follows:

1. Time: 8:00 – 11:45 AM – 15th October 2025
2. Location: Hanoi Convention Center, 347 Doi Can, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi
3. Form of organisation: Hybrid (In-person & Online)
4. Language: Vietnamese and English (with interpretation)
5. Participants: Representatives from government agencies, businesses, associations, research institutions, renewable energy experts, and other relevant stakeholders
